Booking Cloud Cups catering is simple and stress-free! Here’s how it works:
- Choose Your Flavors – Select up to six of your favorite handcrafted gelato and sorbet flavors from our extensive menu of over 150 options.
- We Bring the Gelato to You – Our team arrives at your venue with our stylish gelato cart, fully stocked and ready to serve.
- Enjoy Unlimited Scoops – Your guests can enjoy unlimited gelato for the duration of your event, served by our friendly staff.
- Create a Custom Experience – Want even more variety? You can upgrade to 12 flavors or request specialty flavors to match your event’s theme.
Cloud Cups Gelato Catering Pricing
We offer transparent and competitive pricing for our gelato catering services:
- Cart Rental: $600
- Unlimited Gelato: $5 per person
- Server & Delivery: $280
- Travel Fee: $1 per mile (starting beyond 20 miles of our Philadelphia HQ)
- Gratuity: 18% of total cost (minus tax)
- Credit Card Processing Fee: 2.5% of total cost
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event.
